The CryptoPunks are 10,000 uniquely generated characters. No two are exactly alike, and each one of them can be officially owned by a single person on the Ethereum blockchain. I recently discovered I had one, and within two weeks fell for a scam that stole it. I found two other victims of my same scam. They’re probably gone for good, I feel stupid on all ends. So it goes.
